Objective: Sample the image of the southeast campus to determine the average number of cars per acre.

- How does your sample method (with replacement or without replacement) effect your sample results?
Tasks:
These tasks must be completed and explained in the report:
- Collect a sample of 9 one acre plots from the population. You may use random sampling with replacement or random sampling without replacenment.
- Calculate a mean and variance for the sample.
- Calculate a total number of cars for the entire 83.5 acre photograph.
- Create a histogram of the sample.
- Write a report explaining how you completed the sample and the results.
